About Me
I am a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Integrative Fertility Coach and yoga instructor based in Napa, California. My mission is to guide women towards their healthiest, happiest lives by discovering the incredible powers of real food, movement and self-care.
I received my education through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York City, The Integrative Fertility Institute in Portland, Oregon and am continuing my studies at Bauman College’s Nutrition Consultant program in Berkeley, CA. I have completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training at Ekam Yoga in Napa and a 90-hour prenatal yoga teacher training at Mama Tree in San Francisco.
I have the pleasure of working with clients all over the US via phone and video coaching sessions.

As your health coach, I will help you navigate the world of fad diets and contradictory nutrition information as we find out what works best for your unique body. I will be right by your side as you implement nutrition and lifestyle changes that will bring all areas of your life into balance.
